Does anyone here have experience with their agency moving to a 4 day work week (or something similar)? I'm working on making the case for it to leadership at my current agency and was hoping to get some advice, personal experiences, etc, on what that may look like for you.

Plus, if they say no then you can go to 4 and it will feel like they're winning. ????

A lot of what we do is knowledge bases analysis outside of the hourly grind unless doing mindless data entry. It would be difficult to track.

Years ago, I worked at an agency where we did 4 days a week. We had Fridays off and was expected to make all doctor appointments or run any errands on Friday.
We also had to go to ½ hour lunch hour and extend the work day an extra ½ hour.

We do 4 days although tbh I use Fridays as my writing day! Do as I say, not as I do etc etc.

32h per week, so yess 4-day work week. personal experience - absolutely awesome. I became more focused and keep everything in pace.
For me personally, Fridays were slow anyway - I almost never outreached my partners on Fridays, not to waste my effort and get lost before Monday starts.
Just focus and do everything in 4-days without that one slowmo fifth day on Fridays.
