Use recommended Slack etiquette, especially using threads when participating in a conversation or answering questions in a live event.
If you are confused about which channel to post in, click on the All Channels link in the top left of the screen. You will then see a list of all the channels to pick from. Still not sure? Feel free to ask a channel's moderator if it's the right place to post. If there is a more appropriate channel for your post, we may ask you to move it or delete it.

Put in the work to craft a short question. Others shouldn't have to work too hard to read or understand it.
Respect that other people in the community have had different life experiences and may have a different perspective to yours. We welcome different viewpoints.
We will remove content that is deceptive, misleading, or goes against any other of our codes of conduct.
Don't post personal information that you would not be comfortable sharing with a stranger. We recommend that you don't post any information that may identify you or anyone else, such as your clients, your address, email address or phone number.
The admins use this as little as possible and reserve it for key information sharing.
