my own: Serprecon - we use semantic analysis to extract keywords, entities, intent, etc from everybody that ranks, and then feed that all to AI to create an outline for you.

Optimizely has the CMP (content management platform) and it's free, no one uses it, but it works very well for large teams.

i'll add more context, I like Clearscope best (when budget allows), if not, then ContentHarmony - for large sites and large content teams the CMP makes sense to look at, as it's the only tool with true customization for workflow across roles and items, plus it's free ????
