not sure who needs to know this but Google has updated it’s list of valid Googlebot IPs. I first read about here
Googlebot Slowdown Alert! ???? Many websites are experiencing massive server response times for Googlebot (up to 9000ms ☠), causing crawl activity to drop. The likely reason? Google updated their IP addresses for crawling on Feb 4th 2025, but a few CDNs haven't caught up yet. :point_down
