Comparing Top Consent Management Platforms (CMPs) For Global Content Site

Tried various ones with clients.

Main ones we have used:

CookieYes - I like how customisable the display is, you can put it in the centre of the screen to increase opt ins/force users to make a decision, and the dashboard is nice and simple. Easy to implement in Google Tag Manager with pretty good documentation.

Onetrust - haven't used this directly but heard good things from fellow agencies. They've mentioned it's good for complex/international set ups so one to consider perhaps.

Cookiebot - good functionality, but I don't like the banner designs they have. Generally works OK, had some bugs/conflicts with one or two implementations on wordpress websites that I haven't had with Cookieyes.

I'd recommend using a Google partner CMP (all the above are) because they're the ones that are going to keep up to date with policies and Google's consent mode.
