Mika Lepisto is a growth marketing consultant with nearly three decades of experience in digital. He began his career in 1995, managing UNIX systems and developing some of the earliest e-commerce websites.
Driven by a commitment to helping people and organizations succeed, he has worked with non-profits, government entities, and companies across industries to solve challenges, connect with their audiences, and create meaningful change by driving growth, improving efficiency, and amplifying their mission’s impact. He is always seeking opportunities to challenge the status quo for improved efficiency and effectiveness with a focus on long-term success.
An early adopter of new technologies, Mika is embracing practical applications of AI and its potential to enhance human capabilities for positive change in organizations and people’s personal lives.
Beyond his professional work, Mika is passionate about community, authentic human connection and animal rescue. He enjoys fishing, food, and traveling to experience different cultures.
